Innovative new treatment for 2017! VOLITE from Juvederm

Barstable Medical Clinic are excited to introduce a new hyaluronic acid based injectable treatment, launched by Juvéderm® in February 2017. Described as a ‘game changer’ for aesthetics, this incredible new product has so many benefits and treatment options, its already flying off our shelves.

Barstable Medical Clinic are one of first clinics in Essex providing this innovative new treatment!

So what is VOLITE?

Still part of the amazing Juvéderm Vycross® range, it is a ‘filler’ but not quite as we know it. VOLITE is designed to be injected superficially within the skin, unlike thicker deep fillers such as Voluma or Volift. Still packed with hyaluronic acid, it means that for all those fine lines, that were previously tricky to treat, we now have an amazing new product which works brilliantly for this. Clinical trials have also shown that is can be used to reduce acne scarring.

What are the benefits?

Improves skin hydration

Dramatically smoothes fine lines and wrinkles

Enhances skin tone and elasticity

Delivers a healthy looking glow

Total ‘all over face’ skin rejuvenation

Can be used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands

Can be used to improve scars

Treatment lasts up to 9 months.

What are the potential side effects?

As with any injectable treatment, there may be some slight swelling or bruising after the treatment, which usually resolves within the first 24-48 hours. VOLITE is injected using a very thin needle and has an anaesthetic (numbing) agent built in, to minimise discomfort. We also apply numbing cream to your face 20-30 minutes before the treatment.

Why should I have a VOLITE treatment?

Apart from all the incredible benefits shown, the closest treatments to Juvéderm® VOLITE are usually “skin boosters” or mesotherapy. The disadvantage with these older products are that multiple treatments are required to achieve a result, versus a single treatment with VOLITE. In addition, with these older skin treatments, the results tend not to last as long, unlike VOLITE which was shown in scientific trials to still be present within the skin after 6 months. It can be used in conjunction with BotoxÒ and deep fillers and can be ‘topped up’ when needed.

If you want healthier looking skin, smoothing of fine lines and wrinkles and total skin rejuvenation, this product is a MUST for you.
